CS-DRMS 2000+ is very user-friendly and simple to use. There were some features in the system that I didn't know about but after attending a CS-DRMS workshop, I know what they are for and I now can utilize those features.

The software is extremely useful and user-friendly. I believe that any person coming to the debt office can use it as it is a very comprehensive system that records every aspect of the loan cycle.

CS-DRMS is one of the best things to have happened in the life of Debt Management. It is possible to handle all the loan issues with one single piece of software. And, it is an amazing experience to learn about hidden treasures of the software as and when they are revealed.

I had an impression that CS-DRMS was just a debt program like AS400 in a dummy terminal. After using CS-DRMS for a while, I have changed my impression and realized that it's a tool with many features. I recommend to any debt manager to use the application.
